Gumnut Cabin is one of our traditional cedar cabins — built in red cedar timber with high pitched ceilings that give it a warmth and character you feel the moment you walk in. It has a quiet advantage of its own. The side windows look out over a lush garden bed of palms, giving the cabin a soft, green outlook that feels private and calm from the moment you step inside. Gumnut also sits a little further from its neighbour on one side, adding an extra layer of peace and seclusion.
Your 3.5m private deck is the perfect spot to settle in — coffee in the morning, sunset drinks in the evening, with the garden and bushland as your backdrop. As the light fades and the birds quiet down, it's the kind of space that makes you slow down without even trying.
Inside, the décor draws on the gum trees and leaves that surround the property — a leather two-seater lounge, smart TV with Netflix, and a fully equipped kitchenette with full-size fridge mean there's everything you need for a relaxed, self-contained stay.
