What to Know Before You Book
Location
We're located in a peaceful bush setting, 2km from the nearest restaurant and 10km from Airlie Beach. Our cabins are fully self-contained for self-catering, and we recommend guests have their own transport. Local rideshare and taxi services are available.
Adults Only Retreat
We are a peaceful, adults-only retreat. To preserve the serenity, no children, parties, schoolies, or gatherings are allowed.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings cancelled within 3 days of arrival are not eligible for a refund. This includes unexpected events like weather or flight changes. Discounted non-refundable rates cannot be refunded at any time. We recommend travel insurance for your peace of mind.
Payment
Full payment is charged to the card provided 3 days before arrival and becomes non-refundable from that point.
Phone Reception and WiFi
Phone reception is limited on-site. However, we offer excellent high-speed WiFi near all cabins. Please enable WiFi calling during your stay.
No Pets
Sorry, no pets—we love seeing native wildlife roam freely and encourage their visits by keeping the property pet-free.
Easy Self Check-In & On-Site Support
No formal reception here—just head straight to your cabin and start relaxing. Full check-in instructions are provided 3 days prior your arrival. Our friendly on-site caretakers are always happy to help if needed.
